Ready to Apply Vinyl Lettering Installing RTA is fairly simple depending on the size of the graphic. For large projects we strongly recommend using at least two people to insure proper alignment. First you must carefully clean the application area with an appropriate cleanser. Next you should clean the area with rubbing alcohol to remove any residue the cleaner might leave behind. Then carefully remove the backing from the vinyl graphic and spray the decal and the application area with a generous amount of application fluid. Place the decal onto the installation area and measure from the top of the decal to a registration mark (i.e. the edge of a sign) to assure proper alignment. Next, starting from the center and going out to the edges using the squeegee included in your order, gently work the bubbles out from underneath the decal. Allow the decal to dry slightly approximately 15-45 minutes depending on level of saturation. Lastly, remove the tape pulling slowly from a corner and taking care not to let any of the decal come up with the tape. If the decal comes up with the tape it is not yet dry enough. Let it dry completely and then remove the tape.

To install an Alumacorr sign you should treat it just as if it was wooden. You can drill into it and screw through it, however hammering is not advised as it may dent the aluminum facings.
To install a nu-alum sign you should treat it just as if it was strictly
wooden. You can drill into it and screw through it, however hammering
is not advised as it may dent the aluminum facings. Brackets can be used
to attach these signs to posts, make sure to specify a double sided sign
when ordering as the substrate is available in single or double sides.
To properly install magnetic signs you must carefully prep the area to
which they will be applied. The surface must be smooth and free of any
debris or texture. If something as small as a few grains of sand were
to be left between the signs and the receiving surface, the sign could
possibly blow off or cause damage to the paint of your vehicle. You should
always wipe the surface you intend to apply the magnetic sign to with
alcohol prior to installation to avoid loss of your sign or damage to
your paint job.

Banners are usually installed with ropes. Wire ties are also a good choice
when the banner is to be hung on a fence. Screws through the grommets
can be used to suspend the banner on a flat surface. Velcro
is a good choice for table banners when wind is not an issue.
Theses signs are cost effective and easily installed with a wire step
stake. We can also put grommets in the signs so that they may be hung
like a banner. These signs are light weight when small and can be applied
with double stick tape. However, during removal, when double sided tape
is used, the signs are usually bent.
Aluminum signs can be installed in several different ways. A-frame
signs with aluminum sign facings are excellent sidewalk advertisement.
Aluminum signs can be attached to posts either directly or with brackets
depending on the post style and placement of the sign.
Small PVC signs may be melted into a free standing counter top signs.
A Velcro strip may be used to install PVC signs on Velcro receptive trade

as long as care is taken to prevent cracking or chipping.
