AcrylicFeaturesThis is a glossy flexible glass substrate commonly used in internally lit signs, but it can also be used for many other things. Name plates, door identification plaques, and overhead hallway signs are a few examples. This material is very versatile. Furthermore, in addition to the many colors it is available in, it also comes in clear. The clear acrylic can be lettered from the back. This is nice in areas where you would be concerned about people attempting to remove the vinyl lettering from the sign. InstallationThis substrate is used in many different applications, and as such has many different installation methods. For instance, it is used as facings in internally lit signs and simply slides into the “can”. It can be installed with T-brackets to protrude from a wall. It can be also applied with double stick tape. Instructions, are included with each sign depending on your individual circumstances. CareAcrylic can be cleaned with a mild detergent and soft cloth. Do not scrub as the surface of the sign may be scratched. These signs should be kept away from extreme heat as they may melt.
